I have Finlay settled on a layout I think is effective and attractive, I have drawn from all I learnt from all the previous iterations to get these two looking as professional as possible. For the magazine I have added more details like the text above the title and optimized the juxtaposition to make all the text as striking as possible wile still being readable. For the poster I opted to move the title to the top to so it doesn't clash with the photo, I also added the red glow and increased the brightness of the background photo. I am very happy with these two pieces, I'm pleased that my work has progressed this much since my first A2 post in November 2011.

Both magazine cover and poster both fit the typical conventions of horror. I would say that the magazine cover looks more professional than the poster. It's good as the trailor, the poster and the cover all relate and you can tell that all three are linked. The image doesn't look as though it's had much manipulation, but i think the blood splatter is a good effect. What went well for both of these is that you can tell that it's a horror, so all together it works and is effective.
